Spatial Analysis, Standardized

The intelligence layer for tissue.

Saterra is building the agentic platform for spatial analysis, powered by our foundation model, KRONOS. It streamlines and standardizes work that once took weeks to months, bringing it down to hours to days.

The Problem

Spatial data is the richest signal in biology, and the hardest to use.

The signals that decide a drug's fate are written in tissue, cell by cell, neighborhood by neighborhood. Reading them today is slow, bespoke, and impossible to reproduce at scale. The signal is there. The infrastructure to read it consistently is not.

Bespoke

Every lab builds its own chain of hand-tuned, panel-specific scripts. The work rarely survives the person who wrote it.

Irreproducible

The same tissue, analyzed twice, gives different answers. Results don't transfer across sites, panels, or platforms.

Doesn't scale

Analysis grows with headcount instead of with data. Cohort-scale spatial biology stays out of reach.

The Approach

A model, an engine, and an agentic platform.

KRONOS, our foundation model for multiplexed tissue, is the core. Around it we build the analysis framework and agentic platform that streamline and standardize spatial analysis, taking work that once took weeks to months down to hours to days.

01

The data no one else has.

One of the largest expert-annotated spatial corpora in existence. Proprietary tissue data that can't be scraped, synthesized, or easily reproduced. It doesn't live on the web. It lives in labs and clinics, and it is the scarce input everything else compounds from.

02

KRONOS: one model in place of a hundred scripts.

KRONOS, our foundation model, is pretrained across the domain and transferable to new panels, tissues, and tasks with minimal labels. It replaces the chains of bespoke, hand-tuned pipelines teams rebuild for every study, streamlining analysis into a single repeatable step.

03

A platform that standardizes, and compounds.

Around KRONOS, an agentic platform runs the analysis end to end, so the same tissue gives the same answer every time, and work that once took weeks to months takes hours to days. Every run generates new proprietary data, and the model keeps getting better.

Work With Us

Three ways to partner.

We work with biopharma teams, platform companies, academic groups, and the organizations building the future of AI for science. Pick the engagement that fits your program.

Pilot

Prove it on your data

A scoped evaluation on your own tissue and targets. Run the model against a defined question, on your data, and validate the results before you commit.

Our Vision

The next era of biology runs on models that can read tissue.

AI has learned to read language, images, and code. Biology's highest-value data, the spatial architecture of human tissue, remains almost entirely unread. Saterra is building the model and the data engine that change that, so the next generation of AI for science can see what happens inside the body, and act on it.

Contact

Let's build the spatial layer together.

We believe the right model, trained on the right data, can reshape how tissue informs nearly every stage of drug development, from target discovery and translational research to biomarker strategy and companion diagnostics.

If you want spatial analysis that is consistent, reproducible, and ready to act on, not another one-off pipeline, we'd like to hear from you. Tell us what you're working on, and we'll take it from there.
